I am Tamara Heidel, the listing specialist on the team. My family and I moved to Las Vegas in 1994 which makes us practically natives. I grew up in Wathena, Kansas, a small town just across the Missouri River from St. Joseph, Missouri. You can imagine how amazing it has been to watch the incredible growth of Las Vegas. Craig, my husband, was my high school sweetheart and we still like each other! We have two grown children, Kaitlyn and Reid. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and taught several years in the Clark County School District before starting my real estate career in 2003. The same values I used in the classroom - making it fun, loving people, listening to their individual needs, and using my skills to accomplish their goals, worked perfectly in the real estate world. I thank God every day for the wonderful people He has put in our path to serve and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

My name is Donna Smith and I am the Office Manager for Team Heidel and a licensed Realtor. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Women's Studies from UNLV and I have been happy to call Las Vegas my home since 1998. Growing up with a father in the Air Force, it is awesome to finally stay put in one place! My husband, Ryan, and I live happily with our "child" -- a feisty, little Poodle-mix named Sally Beans. I love real estate and have been working in and around the business since 2001. I work directly with buyers and sellers, assisting our team's agents in all aspects of your real estate transaction. I enjoy using technology to work more effectively and efficiently, making our team a little greener in the process!

My name is Lacy Weeks and I am the Marketing Director and Photographer for Team Heidel. I am currently obtaining a business degree from CSN. I have worked with the team for over a year now and enjoy my job very much. What I do is ensure people are interested in your home. I take pictures of the property, create virtual tours, and market your listing online so we can get the best possible offer for you. I have a Calico cat, a Chow Chow, and a Box Turtle. Hiking and reading are my two favorite hobbies and I love to travel. I honestly believe that with Team Heidel you’re not just working with a real estate team, you’re working with people who dedicate their all to make sure that their clients are happy and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
